Thoracic Spine Rotations with Brettzel

Your thoracic spine is located at the rib cage and you want it nice and supple! A mobile T-spine can help with neck, shoulder, and back pain, as well as help with rotational power. Add these moves to your warm-up, and I know you will have gains in your fitness regiment. Complete 5 to 10 rotations in sync with breathe on both sides.
