Frequently asked questions.
What kind of equipment do I need?
For in-home training, you are not required to have any equipment. Trey will bring all of the equipment necessary for a thorough and engaging workout. If you have a home gym or access to an apartment gym where you prefer to workout, Trey will happily make use of those tools. For training on off days, Trey can recommend where you can purchase your own equipment.
For virtual training, Trey can make use of whatever equipment you have available to you. Many exercises can be made to be only body weight, depending on your ability. As you progress in your physical ability, Trey might recommend certain equipment purchases to progress your ability forward.
For monthly programming, Trey will write workouts with the assumption of access to free weights or gym.
How much space do I need?
Trey can accommodate just about any size space. Whether it is a living room or a full gym, Trey can make it work. If the weather is nice and you have outdoor space, Trey will suggest exercising in the open air to enjoy the breeze and get some sun!
How long until I see results?
With consistent discipline, Trey will keep you accountable toward your goals. On average, it will take four weeks to see physical changes. However, your quality of life and ease of movement can improve in as little as two weeks.
What exercise program will I follow?
Trey will tailor your exercise program to your specific needs and desired goals. Your consultation will help Trey assess your physical ability so that your progress is natural and consistent.
If you have previous physical conditions (ex. injury, chronic illness, etc.), these will be taken into consideration when programming the workout. Adjustments and modifications will be made as necessary to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.
