Clamshell Exercise

Clamshells are a great warmup exercise to activate your glute medius. Weak medial glutes can lead to hip and knee dysfunction and low back pain. Add clamshells to your warmup routine to have better deadlifts, squats, lunges, and rotational power. 3 sets of 15 reps.
